The main bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and luxurious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and spacious shower. The three additional bedrooms each have queen beds and ample closet space, perfect for families, friends, or weekend groups.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Yes! We offer pool and spa heating for $150/day (includes pool, spa, firepit, and fireplace) or $100/day for spa only. Our pool is designed to maximize the sun's heat with walking depth and a Baja shelf, so you may not need heating except during winter months. We have a powerful 400,000 BTU heater for those cooler desert evenings. For stays over 30 days, you'll be charged our exact cost for gas usage. Please note: swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
Your private backyard oasis features a heated pool and spa with automated controls, a stunning 15-foot white waterfall (Alexa-controlled - just say "Alexa, turn on the waterfall"), firepit with lounge seating, queen-sized outdoor daybed, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining for 8. The gated yard offers privacy with mature trees and plenty of space to relax and entertain.
Our chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a massive range with double oven, large island with seating, and ample counter space. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine (please bring your favorite pods). Dining options include an 8-person indoor table, casual island seating, and outdoor dining for 8.

Yes, Movie Colony House is a smoke-free property.
Our home is not equipped to charge electric vehicles as it could damage the electrical panel. A $250 excess utility charge plus any damages to the electrical system will be posted to your final bill if violated. There are supercharging stations nearby at the Palm Springs Art Museum and the casino.

Absolutely! We provide fresh, high-quality linens, bath towels, and pool towels. We also provide shampoo and conditioner, plus two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days or more before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.
